My name is Steve Heiger. I am a USCG certified Captain with a 100 Ton Masters License, as well as a member of SAMS (Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors, AMS #1273), the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC), and the Chesapeake Area Professional Captains Association (CAPCA). I am owner and founder of Satisfaction Marine Services Inc. since 1997 and have been doing business as SMS Marine Surveyors & Technicians for the past 10 years. My business was formed out of a passion for the boating industry and my expertise in the field of marine systems, structures, and vessel safety. I aim to address the need for personal attention to detail and ensure each client is a satisfied customer.
